1. Acceptance of these terms
By signing in to Bosswala or using bosswala.com, you agree to these terms. If you're using Bosswala on behalf of a firm — as its admin or as staff your admin has added — you're agreeing on that basis, and your firm's admin is responsible for making sure staff use the app appropriately.
2. The service
Bosswala is a work app for small business owners in India and their staff, covering staff attendance tracking with a worksite location check, and a shared leads/enquiry board. We may add, change, or remove features over time, particularly while Bosswala is in early access — see "Early access" below.
3. Accounts & access
Bosswala doesn't have public sign-up. Every firm and every staff login is created either by us or by a firm's own admin, for people who actually work there. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for anything that happens under your account. If you use your role to add, remove, or manage staff accounts for your firm, you're responsible for making sure those people actually work for you and have agreed to these terms.
4. Your responsibilities
When using Bosswala, you agree that you will:
- Only enter genuine attendance punches for yourself, at your actual location.
- Only enter lead and customer information you're authorized to hold on your firm's behalf.
- Not attempt to access another firm's data, or another staff member's account.
- Not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt Bosswala's operation.
- Comply with applicable law, including law governing how you handle your own customers' personal data.
5. Fees
Bosswala doesn't have a published, one-size-fits-all price list. When you get in touch and we set up your firm, we'll agree on pricing directly with you as part of that conversation — including if that means no charge for now. We won't change what your firm is paying without telling you and getting your agreement first.
6. Early access & "as is"
Bosswala is under active development, and we're upfront that this is an early-access product: features may change, and occasional bugs or downtime are more likely than in a mature product. Bosswala is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits any warranty that applicable law does not allow us to disclaim.
7. Intellectual property
Bosswala — the app, this website, and their design, code, and branding — is owned by Shridha Technologies. Using the service doesn't transfer any of that to you. Your firm keeps ownership of its own business data: the leads, customer details, and notes your team enters remain yours, and we hold them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
Bosswala's one-tap follow-up feature opens WhatsApp with a message pre-filled — that message is sent through your own WhatsApp account, subject to WhatsApp's own terms, and isn't something we control. Worksite address lookup uses Google Maps / Places, subject to Google's own terms. We aren't responsible for the availability or behavior of these third-party services.
9. Termination
You (or your firm's admin) can stop using Bosswala at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to an account or a firm's account — for example, for a breach of these terms, or misuse of the service — with notice where reasonably practicable. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data after an account is deactivated.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shridha Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bosswala. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you've actually paid us for Bosswala in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Bosswala changes. If we make a material change, we'll post the updated terms here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Bosswala after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Bosswala will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandausi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
